How we work with sole traders and partnerships
Some clients want to see or speak to us regularly, some would rather only think about their accounts once a year. How we work really depends on how you want us to work with you and your business.
We can hold your hand or we can leave you to it, but we’re always on the end of the phone if you need us. We don’t start the clock when you pick up the phone, what we term ‘ten minute queries’ within reason are always free. If the query would result in significant extra work or research then we’ll tell you that and agree a fee before we proceed.
